REGISTRATION AND FEES

Please note all fees will be processed in (¥) = Japanese Yen (JPY). Exchange rates follow the rules of each credit card company. To view the currency foreign exchange rates, please visit the appropriate currency rate available such as www.x-rates.com.

*If your paper is accepted and would like to publish in the conference proceedings, prospective authors and all co-authors need to register and pay registration fee regardless of conference participation.
Registration for poster sessions is DOCOMOMO members or Non members.

Conference registration fees include for author and co-author :

• Digital Conference Information/ Programme
• Attendance to all online conference sessions
• Attendance to Opening and closing events speeches and events.
  Proceedings of the conference 1 book of the proceedings which his/her paper is published.
• Certificate of attendance (upon request)

• Digital Conference Information/ Programme
• Attendance to all online conference sessions
• Attendance to Opening and closing events speeches and events.
• Can participate in online discussion using Q & A function of Zoom platform.

Registration Terms and Condition

Confirmation of registration and Receipt

Once your registration and payment is successfully completed, the confirmation and unique registration ID will be emailed to you. This ID will also be issued individually to the co-authors who completed the payment. If you need a receipt of your payment, you need to contact registration@docomomo2020.com to issue the receipt.

The personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the conference. We will not provide personal information without your consent. The manager of the acquired personal information will be assigned to the responsible manager, and we will take active measures to prevent loss or leakage.

Code of Conduct

The Organizer and Hosts of IDC2020+1 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the Virtval/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.

Important information for authors

1) In order to publish on the conference proceedings, all authors and co-authors must register and pay registration fee. Please be aware that the paper is once accepted, you are not allowed to change authors and co-authors. Please complete your registration and payment by this date. Registration and payment are required for co-authors and authors who wish to publish on the conference proceedings, but not to attend the conference in person. As an author, you have a reduced registration fee.
2) The final version of the full-paper submission deadline for the second round is May 20, 2021.
Please refer to the Paper Guideline (http://docomomo2020.com/guideline/) and submit your paper by this date appropriately.
3）Requirement details such as the length of presentation or the format of file to be submitted will stay the same for online conference.
